Note, ZiphyCare is not a medical group. Any telemedicine consults or medical services obtained through our Website or Application are provided by independent medical practitioners and technicians including, but not limited to, Tristate Physician Services, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical of New Jersey, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical Of Florida, PA, an independent medical group with a network of United States based health care technicians and providers (collectively each, a “Provider”). Tristate Physician Services, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical of New Jersey, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical Of Florida, PA (or your own medical provider or technician if you do not use a Tristate Physician Services, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical of New Jersey, P.C., ZiphyCare Medical Of Florida, PA Provider) is responsible for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices describing its collection and use of your health information, not ZiphyCare. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you are not authorized to access or use our Website, and you must promptly exit our Website.

Patient Texts

If you are a Patient using our technology to receive healthcare services, we will send you certain texts to help make our services easy to use. Specifically, we text to let you know when an appointment for you has been booked, unbooked, or cancelled. We also text you reminders of your booked appointments (24 hours before, and one hour before, the appointments’ scheduled start time), as well as a notification when an OCC is on the way, or if the OCC is running late. We will also text you with requests to agree or approve various documents, as relevant to your services. Because these text reminders and notifications are an essential part of our services, you cannot opt out of them and still use ZiphyCare technology to receive healthcare services. We believe that you will find the texts helpful, but if you do not wish to receive them please contact us by emailing help@ziphycare.com to delete your Patient record and do not use our services.

Account Administrator Texts

If you are an Account Administrator using our technology, we will send you certain texts about Patients for whom you book appointments using our Website or Application. Specifically, we will text to let you know when an appointment has been booked, unbooked, or cancelled. We also text to let you know when an appointment has commenced and when it has been completed. If you are a Provider practice Account Administrators, we will also text to notify you if a Patient’s appointment has not commenced or been completed on time. Because these text reminders and notifications are an essential part of our services, you cannot opt out of them and still use the ZiphyCare Website or Application to book Patient appointments. We believe that you will find the texts helpful, but if you do not wish to receive them, please contact us by emailing help@ziphycare.com to delete a Patient(s) from your Circle of Care (if you are a Circle of Care Account Administrator) or do not use our services (if you are a Provider practice Account Administrator).

We currently do not use automated data collection technologies to track you across websites. We currently do not honor do-not-track signals that may be sent by some browsers.

Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. At this time, we do not honor such signals, but we currently do not use automated data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Information transmitted over the Internet is not completely secure, but we do our best to protect your Personal Data. You can help protect your Personal Data and other information by keeping your password to our Website confidential.
